Return and Exchange Policy
At G&Jo Girls' Clothing, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility:
- Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges & Store Credit:
- We offer exchanges for a different size or item, subject to availability.
- If an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping fees).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items, accessories, or discounted merchandise may not be eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request:
- Contact us at team@gjoclothes.com with your order number and request.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
We aim to make receiving your order as easy and convenient as possible.
Shipping:
- Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Local Delivery & Pickup:
- Local delivery is available in Birmingham, Michigan and surrounding areas at no additional cost. Scheduling will be arranged after purchase.
- Local pickup can also be arranged at no additional cost. You will be contacted to coordinate a convenient pickup time and location.
